The Pursuit of Knowledge
For decades, I’ve studied how organizations work—and how they sometimes fall short. As an organizational psychologist and college professor, I’ve taught, researched, and written about leadership, motivation, decision-making, and the culture of work.
What I’ve come to believe is that good management isn’t just a matter of instinct or charisma. It’s a discipline—grounded in evidence, shaped by practice, and vital to any organization that wants to thrive.
I created this site to share what I’ve learned in ways that are accessible, practical, and relevant. You won’t find sales pitches here. Just ideas, resources, and reflections aimed at helping people think more clearly about work and lead with greater purpose.
If you’re interested in management that goes deeper than slogans—if you want insights that are tested rather than trendy—I invite you to explore and join the conversation.
